History
Hippauf and Associates, Inc, was formed in 1973 by Heinz Hippauf, MAI. From its inception, the company has provided appraisal services for Santa Fe and north-central New Mexico. Since the retirement of Heinz Hippauf in 1983, the company has been owned and operated by his son, Peter H. Hippauf, MAI, SRA. Hippauf and Associates, Inc, is the largest and oldest appraisal firm in Santa Fe and we have built
our reputation on service, integrity, and competency.
Our services include valuation, consulting and litigation support. The company provides residential and commercial appraisal services to local and national lenders, attorneys, institutions and individuals. Due to the fact we perform both commercial and residential appraisals, we can provide services from proposed, mixed use development to completed housing units for most subdivisions.
